We started Brokers Cooperative for the same reason most seasoned real estate veterans eventually go out on their own – to create something better, something smarter, something outside the stale corporate structure.
Smallness offers intimacy, nimbleness, and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies. Behemoth brokerages no longer offer an advantage to Realtors or to consumers. In my experience, working at three offices over the past 15 years, big box brokers offer sluggish systems, reams of paperwork, and old-fashioned ideas.
The internet has changed real estate. Today property data proliferates across the web in automation. Agents now share ideas, listings, and opportunities instantaneously within huge online social networks that go far beyond office and brokerage borders.
Join us in 21st century. Join us in a real estate revolution.
About Stephanie Crawford
Stephanie is a true Nashville native, having grown up in the city as the daughter of two metro police officers. She was initially licensed as an agent in 2003, and then as a broker in 2014. Her husband James joined her in business where together they’ve invested in rentals, flipped properties, and even renovated a few homes – all while representing hundreds of home buyers and sellers.
While James is typically busy opening doors for home buyers, Steph can usually be found crafting offers, negotiating contracts, networking with agents, and fidgeting with their popular real estate website. They focus their efforts on delivering expert and diligent fiduciary services to their clients and friends.
